Can I bond my pet with below taming skill if I use + taming jewels?

If i have 102 taming but get another 15 taming from jewels will I be able to bond a cu sidhe or one of the new uber dragons?

Yes, but remember you need both high taming and high animal lore, and you must wear the jewels when you feed it the first time, and the next time a week later. If you forget to wear the jewels you will reset the timer.

Dont need lore to bond. Just the taming. Jewels will work. I've done that for necros and foxes. But yes, MUST remember to have them on both times you feed them. And there apparently is an issue right now where it can take a day or so more to bond stuff.
