Can have nerco in a pvp template?

I used to play a while back and I cant figure out what the smurf I was doing with this mage:

Can you use nerco effectively in a pvp template? I think I need to drop it for a weapon? Obviously I am going to keep Med/Magery/MR/EI. So I guess, in a way, I am asking what to do with the other two skills... SS and Necro both have 115 caps at the moment.
