Can floating items block pacement?

I am thinking about resizing a house. There is a stretched hide floating in the air next to one of the walls. Will this block resizing the house?

You will need to bug them a few times..
I had same problem with the carpet tiles blocking placement way to high..
And there still there 1 month later..
I never placed there gave up with the canned responce they keep giving and was worned i would get a 24 hour ban if i did not stop petitioning them....

This was on GL shard...

That's UO GMs for ya. "I will ban you if you keep asking me to do my job!"

I mean we should just get rid of GMs, its not like they do anything but press the canned message.

Btw, I think everyone should report the GMs that refuses to do these simple tasks. If you just let it go, it will just allow exiting lazy GMs to fly under the radar.
