If I make a new account does the character have to be 14 days old in order to purchase a house from another player. I realize my character must be 14 days to place a new house but am not sure about purchasing one from another player in game.

Actually its 15 days old for characters to place. This also goes for purchasing a house by trade.

Thanks for the info. Actually, I remembered it as being more than 14 days old which would, in essence, make the character at least 15 days. Thanks again.
