the jungle sound In UO gets louder and continues to play in loop no matter where i am at in the game until i restart the client? I have searched Google and these forums and have found no real info about this issue but it has been happening for a while now and it is really, really annoying. Any help would be appreciated and thanks

uo version 7.0.8.2 (patch 95) ......... I am pretty sure that is the client

Ive found a *weird* fix for this bug.
I've locked down a Gargoyle, Daemon, Lich and Dragon 1rst yr vet statuettes on my house and then i start to run over the statues for about 5-10 seconds just to hear tons of those sounds. After that, the jungle sound dissapears completely.
My guess is, 2D client has a few concurrent tracks for sound effects and some Dev forget to properly close the jungle sound when the character isnt on jungle anymore. One of the sound effects of the vet statues probably runs on the same track that the jungle sound and thats makes the jungle sound stops. Well, like i said its just a guess.

I think she meant 2D or EC but my guess is it's 2D. In which case, welcome to the jungle...

it may be my speakers as i found a odd solution to the problem. When i switch from uo to a website and load up a video (like youtoube) or something.... The sound stops repeating and is gone. Not ideal but it may not be the client after all for me atleast..... My speakers may just not like that sound.
