I hope that at the very least, "IF" the deed has been already used to place a House on the pertaining plot, the deed will, as I said, at the very least, become account bound and not tradeable to other accounts.
I can understand and accept the idea that players might want to keep a "souvenir" of their win in Magincia, but that this becomes yet another rare to sell for tens upon tens of millions of gold honestly, I think it would be too much and a slap in the face to all those players who were not as lucky.
Not only one got lucky to win the plot and place it, but they would also gain on top of it a new rare sellable for tens upon of tens of millions of gp ??
As I said, I am all fine that it stays once the House has been placed, but only if at that point this particular item is made "account bound" and not tradeable.
Of course, until the deed is actually used to place a House on the winning plot, it will instead keep being tradeable just fine.

I mean, they got lucky to win a plot or two or 3 or even 4, good for them, congratulations.
But ain't giving them on top of that also a rare or 2 or 3 or 4 or who knows, even more than that if they won more plots that could bring in a whole lot of gold just overdoing it ???
I can understand them wanting to keep it as a souvenir (if it is made account bound after placing the House), but sell it out also as a rare honestly, seems too much to me.

The thread is about "Keeping" the gold wining scrolls.
I just asked a pertaining question to the Developer Phoenix_Mythic that their intention is infact for players to "Keep" the gold wining scrolls which means keep them with the winning accounts, period, not sell them as rares to other accounts.
This means, having the scroll turn into an "account bound" item after placing the house on the plot so to make sure that it won't be sellable to other accounts as a rare but that it will infact be kept with the winning account for good memories......
Definately on topic, IMHO.
Why the crap do you people still read his posts?
