Can‘t Cast RC

Whenever I try, I get the message that I “have too many followers“. My character is a mage/mystic, not a tamer, with 1 pet in the stables. What’s happening?

RC takes 5 slots. You need to be on foot to cast it with no other followers outside the stable. If you casted like EV or are riding a horse/ethy it's not going to work (doesn't matter if you aren;t a tamer).

Are you mounted? If so, that counts a 1 "pet slot".

I've had it stick with slots taken even though the summons disappeared, even after closing out the game. I had to page a GM to fix it.

Sometimes having pets auto stabled (such as when running up the stairs at Blackthorn's Dungeon) can still leave you with the pet slots still being taken up, even though it displays them as cleared.

if you're mounted on it - unmounted ethy counts as zero. but that sort of defeats having a ridable if you can't use it, huh?
