Camping Champ Spawns for Gold?

Hey all. I just recently got back after years of not playing and was doing some reading on how to make some easy gold.
Someone recommended using a stealth character [which I have] and camping out at a Champ spawn and collecting the gold that falls on the ground. Problem is that I ran around a few spawns in Felucca that I found online and there no was no one there.

Is there an easier way to find out if people are working a spawn or is it a matter of just recalling in and out of different locations till I find one?
Are there some spawns that are more common than others and more likely to run across people working on them?
Any other tips would be appreciated!

Just have to check different locations.

Remember that in Fel the champ spawn locations are all in no-recall zones.

Also check the Ilshenar spawns. Great Lakes, at the very least, has a a community of folks that does the Ilsh spawns a few nights a week.

Also look up a monster called a troglodyte.

The old gold farming monsters (demon, blood ele, etc.) are also still pretty good.

Hmm. I didn't even think to check the Illsh spawns. I'll have to take a look at them since I imagine they might be more commonly run compared to the Fel ones.

Crystal demons in the Prism of Light can be good if you have a decent dexxer with a demon weapon. 600 - 800 gold each and you can collect the crystals to make crystal dust, which sells very well for gorgon lenses.

Spawnings best at Baracoon for gold collecting (/also stealing >.>). Recall to Fire Dungeon Entrance. Go into the Evil Mage room by the entrance, Left Sparklies. Takes you too bottom of Despise. Bara is in the middle, on busy shards, hes worked the most. Too get out, head too the opposite side of the room, take the left Sparklies, and head too the middle of Terathan room. Take the black gate. Then through the gate next too you too a bank.
