Cameo drop rate

Hello there,

A simple question: Is this just me having bad luck or it's the same for many people? I've got 3-10+ drops of every single artifacts from the roof except cameo which I only got one so far. I have bought the rest of my cameo set but comon let's get a couple more of them.

I've never gotten any, and I've never gotten a crimson cincture either.
I suspect there is something skewed going on with the so-called random number generator.
