Calling any Archers

I was on last night and let me tell you want I did, I bought a Bow from the Archer store in Brit. I bought 100 arrows, Yes Arrows not Bols for a Cross Bow.

I went out to the Woods and I armed the Bow and had the Arrows in my Back Pack. I saw a Bear, double clicked on the Bow and waited to get the curser to select my target. But......

Nothing happened. So I tried it again. Nothing. I dis armed the Bow and tried double Clicking on it in my Back Pack, still it did not give me a curser to target.

I checked my Skill for Archery, and it is @ 0 with the Arrow going up.

Not sure what else I can do, I was not in town, I was out side of Brit by the Cross roads, and I did go into war mode.

Any words of Wizdom?

You don't have to click your bow to bring up a targeting cursor. Just double click the target while you're in war mode and the bow will auto fire.

Yay a helpful post , finally players helping other players with no flaming and no whining. This is what we need more of.

So apparently it really is possible to get back that special, clueless feeling you have as a newbie! And all these people say you can't go back. Looks like Caesar has found a way!

Yes, just stop playing the game with 7X gm on all your chars (that shows you how old school I am) and then come back when everything in the game has changed. Stop playing for about 2 years.

Then come back and try and get around with out the use of Recall, Gate or any of the Ethy mounts you had.

Try having about 75K of each reg, old school not new necro, and never needing to go buy any. and now you have to go to the Mage Shop and buy only 20 of each. Then go to the next shop etc... untill you have a couple hundrend, but you burn through those in an hour because even if you FIZZEL you still use up the regs. hehe

Devil_Woman, you will soon get that feeling back, and I must say it is kind of Nice.

Reminds me of when I started and I thought I had to speak out loud the name of the spells in order to cast them. Well, it made perfect sense. Couldn't understand why nothing happened.
