I have not played in forever. I get an email saying my account is being closed because my credit card expired. How the hell do I get somewhere to add a new credit card?

Stratics now has a forum for Account Management issues which is found here. The first thread in the forum will answer most all of your questions and walk you through the process. If you find you are still having problems, please post in that forum. An EA/Mythic representative checks it regularly to assist us with any problems.
