While you might be able to get a few free days, they won't accumulate towards veteran rewards.

Your houses will condemn, and fall if you do not refresh them. The come back to brit time does not apply to players accounts that have houses on them, that they shut the accounts down, and refresh every 3 months.
Last year I had to activated my account, and refresh the house when come back to brit was activated.

Lol, happened to me as well before. I was waiting for the free time and decided to just ahead and pay again. Week later came the free time, lol.
