You could go and try your luck at heartwood on your own. Since the drop of prices for heartwood runic fletching kits ppl have stopped to script down there. I have yet to get my first of those kits.
It doesnt takes much to do quests from there and there are even decent non-crafting quests (8 efreets or dread spiders for a large bag of treasures for example).
I am somehow talisman addicted and i pick up every, that seems somewhat worthy to me:
- summoners (specific ones ... i already got too many random creature summoners)
- slayers (on average i have 3-4 slayers of each type at hand, but those are really seldom asked for)
- crafting talismans with any bonus of 25 or above (those are the rarest ones and were never common)
A funny story with those slayer talismans (only a few days old):
There was one player on europe looking for a vermin slayer talisman via the general chat. (It seems like not everyone has realized that those are best choice for barracoon spawn and for the cavern of the discarded in the abyss.) First offer he got was for 1 million ... I nearly fell of my stool. When I slowly recovered, that player got a second offer for one for 700k.... I had to interfere and offered one for 75k. (Which sounds way more realistic to me, since i have 7 or 8 of them sitting in my chests for some time now.) Ppl called me a clown and suspected me to script in heartwood. Nonetheless I went to Luna with such a slayer in expectation to earn 75k. (And no ... i wasnt for a talisman with 'owned by no one', it was for a plain vermin slayer.) Guess what happened? That said player bought the 700k-talisman. My offer got fully ignored. (Thought another player jumped in and bought my talisman for 75k.)
