Hello Players,

Here at Nexon we are constantly working to improve our game offering to all of our players. A large part of that involves good customer service, by having a skilled and efficient team to help support our players with their regular problems and queries. Because of this need, we are now looking for applicants to fill the following positions:

Combat Arms:
4 Home Game Masters

MapleStory:
3 Home Game Masters

(Please remember that these positions are for Nexon Europe and for the European services of these games).

Here’s a little more information about the position:

Position: Home Game Master

Location: Work from home

Hours: Minimum of 15 hours per week
Age: 18+

Responsibilities:
- Primarily handling Player Support Requests

Other tasks will include:
- Active in catching, tracking and reducing game exploits and those who use them
- Running of in-game games and events
- Being a regular presence in the game and community
- Forum Moderation
- Review of player feedback from events

Desired traits:
- Excellent in aiding fellow players with game/website problems
- Motivated and enthusiastic in dealing with a variety of tasks
- Friendly and understanding when dealing with other players
- Professional work ethic and good time management
- Flexible working hours, especially around the weekend
- Experience in forum moderation and community involvement
- Ability to work with others in a team to accomplish goals
- Excellent English skills both written and reading
- Good in-game knowledge, preferably high level (Rank Major+ in Combat Arms or 160+ in MapleStory).

As we at Nexon Europe serve an international audience, we will require candidates with the following language skills:

Combat Arms:
Should be a native English or German or Turkish speaker
Must have excellent English skills
Any other language skills are a plus.

MapleStory:
Must be a native English or German speaker
Must have excellent English skills
Any other language skills are a plus.

The job will also involve working alongside our Office GMs to offer a continuously good service experience to all of our players.
