I'm looking for a CBD, I'm not interested in the extreme Prices that one see's around the the town of luna. I'm a newly returning players and gold really is an issue if I ever wanna get ahead. For an item that was routine at one point, sometimes I get the feeling that they can be way overpriced.

Im pretty sure those are still rewards for the tailoring bods. If your too cheap/broke to pay the asking prices, perhaps the bod route will be your best bet.
Besides, you may get something of great value along the way and further your distance from being "low income" strapped!
