Vet reward. Or Soulstone/Legacy Token.
LAST UPDATE 07/23/2012. Well this lil test is totally open to interpetation. All kinds of lil things to speak of. I'll keep my observations limited to the following:
1.) People, whether already here, just returned, or from another shard and visiting Siege. They are not stupied and do not need to have the high level mothering or guarding that is presently occuring on Siege (IMO). The 750k offer, reguardless of the expected responses, no one was going to sale at 750k, Lady Raja may have thought about it but none the less she waited.
2.) As pricing goes: Siege doesn't need a committee to price fix things. It wasn't til I offered 2,125,000 m did lady Raja actually come forth. To me that unclaimed vet reward was worth 2,125m. and apparently Lady Raja thought so herslf. She does admit that it was curiosity, but none the less there was a price before she gave it up. BTW side note I have bought 3 additional in game 1st yr vet rewards at that price. All came to me from this thread. So 4 people stepped up at this price for in game rewards. Go by what the item is worth to you. If it dosen't sale, then consider dropping price. Ya all know how this works.
3) Siege's old rule of a 100k per year on vet reward is sadly outdated. While it might be ok for such things as ethy mounts, it is not a suffienct amount for a Commodity deed box. The thing that throws this all out of whack is the pricing of soulstones. Since first year soulstone is equated to the in game value of store bought one, very few are going to claim any of those vet rewards inbetween a 1st yr. Soulstone and a 12 th yr. House Teleport set. So the ones on the shard will go up in price as more people come to the shard. Until the price equals out. The only Soulstone offers I got were 500 gps and a hater 7m. CURRENT price of a Soulstone token unknown. Not talking about rumor now, I mean someone actually selling one.
4.) My 1st vet pick went on my vendor at 2.5m, it didnt last a day. So somone out there valued it to be worth buying. I will push even higher. There is an unpicked vet reward comming , to be given out. Which sadly I will not mark up, this is a gift that will be passed on from unforgivenUO.
Supply and Demand: thanks Lady Raja. Revvo still looking for ya PM me.
UPDATED: 07/22/2012: There are very cool people in the world, unforgivenUO is one of those.
BASE OFFER: 2,125,000 > I would like to buy an unpicked vet reward my choice. EXCLUDING soulstone and house teleport set. How far up the year option do you have and what will it cost to give it up?
ORRRRRR I would be intersted in a Soulstone or Legacy token.
If my offer to to low please counter. While I am very willing to deal I do know when to walk away.
07/21/2012: Woot woot for Supply and Demand >>>the Commodity deed box has been sold from my vendor at 2.5m. Now I know there are many out there thinking ya sure it did! But to all those that do know me, you know I say what I think. There are in game toons I disagree with. Yep, I even charge high prices on items, and that will not change that. All true, what I am not known for in being dishonest, why because I do not lie.
Short of the customer logging into these boards and claiming to be the one, I can not prove this. So for now let's see what else unfolds.
Ok I met up with Lady Raja and a brand new vet reward is on Siege. My 1st year pick. Commodity deed box and it is on my vendor at I4NI vendor house. Vendor name SUPPLY n DEMAND , that vet reward is priced at 2.5 m.
UPDATED -7/21/2012: No this is not a SCAM. If this is stopping you from excepting my offer perhaps there is a trusted mutual friend who would broker for us? Nor is this is not about how many ways there are to make gold on Siege.
No suprize here >>> no takers on the 750k!
SUPRIZE >>> I have a taker at 2,125m to Lady Raja!
Truth be told at first look I was a lil suprized to get a taker at this price. I was sure it was going to cost me the going rate of a soulstone (3.5m) to get someone to collect a vet reward on Siege. However rumor has it that crystal portals (1st yr.) in game are going for 1.5 to 2 m. So maybe my offer is a wee bit higher but in the ball park. My guideline when pricing my vet reward pick will be 1.5m low end, 2m average, 2.5m high end. I'll take the high end of coarse.
So with a base offer of 2,125, 000 m (Siege gold only). What will it cost me for you to log onto Siege and give up a brand new vet reward? What year do you have? My pick up to 12th yr. EXCLUDING soulstone and house teleport set
You can not know what I pick until we meet up in game. So please don't ask what vet reward. Thinking I better add that I will snoop your bag at transaction to be sure that you TRULY collect a vet reward.
Please post here only. We can PM each other later about specifics.
BEWARE, I will be placing that vet reward on my vendor at a higher cost!
I'll respond to this post tomorrow about this same time
Supply and Demand: let's test that theory!

- UPDATED 07/22/2012: Ok this lil test has now concluded. Only taker I got for a Soulstone token was from Rumpy in another post. Lowest offer for a Full soulstone is 7 mil. This means Siege will get NO new vet rewards anytime soon. Vet rewards are just passed around from IDOC to IDOC. So as more and more people enter Siege there will be less and less of certain vet rewards which willl drive prices higher and higher.
