Dam Inc 40 (or more, however...this shold be impossible)

I know...it's a 1 in a mil....but maybe someone made one...I coudl live without the Stan Leech, but ML is a must...(If I give up on SL, then I need it in DI)

Is this weapon even possible? Looks like you have 7 properties listed, I thought most you could get was 6?

Yes, It's possible.

The Dam Inc (40%) will happen if it's GM made (w/ 100% Arms Lore).
The UBWS is a mod on all Leafblade of ease..

So assuming, Valor Runic made then you just need to spawn the other 5 props with hitting DI as one of the 5...

Like I said..a Mil to one...but I am sure someone has made one by now...

Ah okay cool, didnt know the ubws was on all of them, and thought the damage increase counted as a property for some reason, but i guess if its only >40 (since you have armslore). Good luck in your hunt, I'll keep my eye out for you as well.
