Non-imbued

Hit Mana Leech (Must) -- 40+
Hit Stamina Leech (Must) 40+
Defense Chance Increase (Must) 10+
Damange Increase (Must) 40+
Swing Speed Increase (Depends on base weapon speed, Must if it's a slow hard hitter)
Hit Lower Attack (Plus)

Paying well --- give the mods and type of weapon and what you are looking for in terms of gold.
