Maybe he means he doesn't care if it's scrolled to anything decent.
In which case, he'd have to get the scrolls himself, and work it up from there himself, thereby negating the point of buying a tamer account.

you only need 80/80 taming for a champ spawn tamer, just get some jewls, rais up natural skill whenever you have time...
