Needs to be better than the following ring:

FC 1
FCR 3
8 HCI
6 LMC

It don't need 3 recovery, 2 recovery will work. It also don't need the 1 faster casting.

Mods I'm looking for along with the recovery/hci would be a combination of the following:
DCI
LMC
LRC
Stat Increases
