Well...as to low amount of views, your title is self explanatory, so there is no particular reason for people to actually open the thread to read it, and if no one has replied that probably indicates that either no one has it or no one has one that they are willing to sell.
For example, I have this item, but it is not for sale, so I didn't bother to post before when I saw the thread. But I am posting now to say I have one that is not for sale, to make you feel better.
