Buying new computer. Need a tech savvy person

So I'm looking to buy a computer for when I get back home. Want something that can handle ultima online... as that is really the only game I play a lot. However, I enjoy other games like call of duty and starcraft. So I was recommended by some guys out here to check out iBUYPOWER Black Friday Specials!. I have never heard of them, but found some decent computers around my price range. I wan your alls opinion on the following unit.

.... so for that and a few other additions its 1,200. I'm not computer savvy at all and wondering if this is a decent deal.

that is a great buy - i have been hit and miss on iBuyPower - they are best buys around and black friday is even better deals (cybe monday will be same)

the one fault is their power supplys are usually not as solid. if you can upgrade that it would be better as that make a big difference.
I see you have a hugh selection in upgraded power supply so you would have to do a little searching to see whats good. stick to a named brand that has good reviews.

one other thing to check is the outputs of the video card has 2 monitors support (which that one does)

If you're spending over a grand, I'd recommend piecing together a computer yourself. Good learning experience if you haven't done it already, and the package computers are only the better deal if you're going budget in the first place.

Just for poops 'n titters, go to newegg.com and try adding everything on that list to your shopping cart, see what it prices out to. (Disclaimer: I don't use newegg, but I've heard good things. Not actually sure how they compare to places I'd recommend in Canada). Even if you don't assemble it yourself, it can be good to know how good of a deal the package is over the parts themselves.

As for the machine itself, I have no major complaints. You'd probably want a better power supply than whatever they pack in, as mentioned, and the 30gb SSD drive is kind of a waste of money, in my opinion.

Does it come with a nice display, or is it 1200 for just the tower?

1200 for just the tower. I already bought the monitors. Two 22in Samsung LED widescreen monitors.. There was a heck of a deal on them so I snatched em up.

Ya id build my own every time, that way you know your getting good ram, with tight latencies, and room to expand. A lot of computers boxed up come with sub par ram, or slower ram then supported by the CPU and Motherboard, and a divider is ran, making performance suffer. Also a solid PSU is always a good idea.

Also a lot of these package computers that show decent specs, generally run poor motherboards to keep the cost down.
