check your pms, keep located just NE of skara docks, right above the serverline (~30sec run from the docks mounted)

There's lots of space to place 18x18's around umbra and luna.

Just look around in the deserts SW and SE of Umbra and around luna. You can probably place one within 4-5 screens of either moongate if you look.
