The only way to get one of those puppies is to order it through UO; the same token that gives you a soul stone. I have two and I would not consider letting either one go for less than 2 mil or so. IMO thier value is on par with a
soulstone.

What are the stats on one?
No stats. They were a reward offered when AOS first came out. I think the only way they can be gotten now is to order the token from UO that allows you to either get the Hooded Shroud or a soulstone; 2 mil break-even price.
