Buying Hay from Lost Lands

I have tried many times to gather the hay in Felucca Lost Lands but it's never there. Either someone is beating me to it every day or it just isn't there anymore. I'd love to scatter some on my workshop floor for deco. Who has some on Catskills and how much would cost?

I just looked on Atlantic and see a lot of them from 300k up. Can you get me ten of them for 5 million? If you get them from 300k up, based on what's available this morning, that should give you a few 100k profit.
