Buying Fully Trained Non-Golem Leather Wolves [Atlantic]

I'm looking to eventually have a pack of 5 fully trained leather wolves, but i'm rich and lazy. I was told that non-golem leather wolves only take up 1 slot.

Not sure what a good price is for one fully trained leather wolf. If anyone is up for this, either reply or PM me so we can talk about prices and how long it should take. Thanks.

i think only the rats were tameable... (may be wrong) but the leather wolves are golems.

I think you're thinking of vollems, a non-golem form of which can be released from a promotional crystal. I haven't heard of non-golem leather wolves.

There are three new golems with SA, and they require a tinker to have read a book acquired from Sutek near the Cavern of the Discarded (where all the rats are in the Abyss).

After reading this book, a tinker will require normal golem kit supplies, some leather, and perhaps some oil, which you can buy from a provisioner NPC.

Each golem wolf may spawn 1-3 gray-hued "real" wolves to aid them in combat; not sure if these are tameable, although, I would assume even if they are, they would likely disappear after you tame them (raptors' summons did until they made them non-tameable).

as you cant bond any of the new tinkered pets they are totally useless to train, cause youd loose them and any time you put into them when they die, and they die easy.

are the stats that different on leather wolves than on the other one slot wolves? and how about the scorpian? the one i think they should let us bond is the gargoyle dog thing... forgot the name....

probably more useful than a Skree though :/ lol... well, the idea is, if you can get 5, and they all summon 3, suddenly you have 15 wolves attacking one thing and they can all use bleed attack, plus 15 wolves all looking to share damage with canine instinct. question is, do the summons mess up the loot ...since theyre gray (ie neutral karma). but adding 15 wolves to a fight could be cool ... yeah youd probably want something else to tank, but hm.

worth trying against vorpals maybe?

at four slots, i didnt find it useful once i trained it to 85 wrestling :/ and its mana was always gone due to sleep ... interesting, but not enough melee damage for me ... at 4 slots :/ I mean they are weak as hell. they used to be really good in Beta but unless they learn other mystic spells...

damn i wish we could bond those tinker pets.

i took a pack of 5 out on the second night that SA came out and was using them to drop those Borra's

was fun as hell.

So if these golem wolves cant be bonded, whats the use otherwise? Are they easy enough to make that they can be replaced all the time? and even if they do die easy, has anyone tried them out in pvp?
