FYI, when buying from a vendor, you need not buy it at exact location of vendor spot. Bring up the buy box, but do not click the buy "okay" button. So with buy box up on an item, take any direction you want, without crossing a boundary line or using gate, and run. I think the time limit is 3 minutes per buy out box before time out occurs. So at a distance click buy "okay" button to receive the vendor item.
Example: Go to Coco's Icy Vendor Mall shop just east of Umbra bridge. Go up to her house and pick vendor item to buy, remember don't click the buy "okay" button yet, with buy window up run to Umbra bank, then finish transaction by clicking the "okay" button on the buyout window.
