I've been out of the game and don't know what they are worth really. What do you think is fair? If Flutter is interested she can buy it, if she is just messing maybe she can help with the price?

On ATL also mediocre DWHs have been sold for 25 Million and more. Yours is maxed out on the two most important resists (phys and fire, and only one point away from max on Poison resist (total 14 points away from max resist and over 600 HP), so I would consider this a really good one.
