If I have the option, I'd rather it be on Catskills. But this is not a must. I'm willing to do a transfer to get it.

Please don't respond to this post by saying: "Make me an offer" as I have no idea what-so-ever what these things go for these days. If you want me to "Make an offer" I'll say one gold piece. So, please, just tell me how much you want for it. I care not if it has max HP or if it is trained up. I do consider myself a serious buyer.
