So after hearing from a few folks here are a few qualifiers
Landscape doesn't really matter to me, but no swamps.
I prefer a tram based home since there will be some vendors..malas etc is ok.....I do want to see the location before we strike a deal, ( can't figure out why I couldn't view the location before buying for one person)
