If people wish to surround themselves with [censored], they're worse off for it, not better. They can either silently leave or try to fight it and if they fail, then leave. But remaining in a guild with known scammers/cheaters/griefers makes you not much better than them. I guess you have a different opinion. I don't. Oh well.
I think it's often necessary to make sacrifices that might make your "existence" a little "harsher" and we're better people for it. The other way is the easy path and the wrong one.
I also disagree with you thinking "until we're put in that situation, we don't know what to do." I do know what to do based on my beliefs in many situations and being in the situation will not change my mind. Just because YOU and many or even most people might be completely different people when put in situations and do things they never thought they would do doesn't mean jack because there's always the exceptions.
This reminds me of you saying (I think it was you?) that it's perfectly ok to loot someones 7ae tradeable for a soulstone gear when quite obviously they hadn't realized it was unblessed, and further stating "everyone would loot it, and if they don't, their lieing." Bs. I think you need to think through things and realize some people have different morals than you.
Back to your "wishing to exist" nonsense...Some people will do anything they can to ensure their survival. Others won't. If put in a situation where someone put a gun to my head and said if I don't shoot the guy to my right, he'd blow my brains out, I wouldn't shoot him and would instead myself die. I guess what you think is that what I'm saying now means nothing since I've never been in that situation and since I want to "exist" I would in fact murder the other guy to ensure my own survival? I disagree...I know enough about my feelings and have thought through things enough to know what I would do when put in that situation. We might understand the guy who would murder his fellow man to ensure his survival in that situation, but that doesn't make it right.
