Ok, let me clarify my original post....

I need a Composite Bow with the following minimums
70 Cold Damage (Anything but physical would be considered)
50 Swing Speed
40-50 Hit Lower DEF
30-50 Velocity
Balanced

I'll pay whatever for this thing,

40SSI & 30/70 are very rare in reforge, but it exist. i got one.

yes, ive reforged many overcaps, and gotten some amazing pvm style multiple 70 leech bows, but this one would have to hit these 4 different menues. hitting just 3 is rare enough and puts you in the un-named legendary category.

i suppose its possible it would exist, ive just never ever seen one in 4 years since the loot change.

equisite/ of quality (velocity & cold damage)
animated/ of haste (ssi)
vicious/ of slaughter (hld)
charmed/of alchemy (balanced)

Smoot... You need just reforge 70 Cold/30 physic and 40 SSI, than Delete DI, then Pof, then imbui 40-50 Hit Lower DEF
30-50 Velocity, Balanced, than enchance with ash for 10 ssi

yeah maybe hes looking for just reforged / imbued, i see the original post was changed, it first appeared he was only buying legendary quality.

You can fit this onto a reforge if you can craft an elemental comp with 40ssi:

30 HLD
45 Velocity
40 SSI
Balanced

Remove DI with whetstone. This gives 499/500 imbue weight

I had 2 of them made and it was 12 bow makers took them 400 tries combined of them to get cold plus there eyes were bleeding ! Lol tons of resources too!!!! I'm not sure if I want to sell my set but it was not cheap and is not easy
