Buying Bracelet/Ring with the following mods:

1/3 or 1/4
+25 Skill Bonus on 2 Skills of ur Choice between (Magery/Eval/Resist/Taming/Lore/Anatomy/Parry)
And another mod like lmc/lrc/dci/ep!

NOTE: If its a RING MUST have EP on it.
