15 Splinter, 70 hit Fireball, Battle lust. and its only 3 mods, you can add 2 more mods with imbuing

After testing, Id like to add that the weight on imbuing is 450,
which means it will be hard to add two propeties.

One mod might be best, I tested, you can i.e add 10% ssi or 22DI
that is without lowering any existing propeties. If you do lower say hit fireball the posibilities are endlesssss

Yeah it sucks not a rare find these stats I find pop up often with the 15 splinter
