That should give you plenty of background. This is what I run with 720 points:
120 Throwing
115 Bushido
100 Tactics
100 Anatomy
100 Healing
85 Chivalry
60 Spirit Speak
40 Necro
With 700 points I'd probably drop the Bushido to 100 and Healing to 95, but there are plenty of ways to go about it now that you can imbue skill points on your jewelry. As for the SA mini-champ throwing arties, no they serve no use except for turn-in points or to display as a trophy. You want your Soul Glaive to have 30 SSI, requisite DI to for your full suit to hit 100, HML, HSL, and Slayer. You may be able to drop HSL if you use Divine Fury or use pots to refresh stamina. HLD is a good option if you don't have it on your glasses.
