Ok, so I am a returning player on Siege who has had a lot of free time on my hands, so I have been playing around with a lot of templates and play styles.

I recently started playing a new dexxer template (for me) that will have 120 chiv and 120 bushido. He will have 120 swords, 120 ana, 120 tactics and GM lumberjack (since I was working on a resource gather template too).

Here are my questions...

How do you play with these two skills in both PvP and PvM?
What are the primary spells used when fighting solo creatures?
How should I plan to heal myself?

These are just a start, and I am sure I'll have more since I am just getting chiv and bus into RoT (I think it will take a few weeks to get to 120)...la

Before taking any of this advice note that I am not familiar with Siege game mechanics, other than being vaugely aware of ROT and *think* No insurance?... and *think* you're able to personally bless one item?

Anyway, Bushido seems a good choice as there's no reagents needed just mana, you get Confidence heals, which if uninterrupted will be around 40, Lightning Strike for max HCI. Chivalry, not sure what benefit it has that high, 100% success with Chivalry spells is minimum skill +50 (so most people have 65-70, unless using Holy Light which you ideally want 4/6 casting for, or for ressing but that's risky (especially in Fel ruleset) as it drops your HP to 1, I'm assuming you can't rely on things like 4/6 casting because your stuff is getting stolen/looted all the time.

For PvM, you get to Honor the target (a side bonus of Bushido), and will gain roughly 10 DI every hit up to 10 hits, which is effectively a 'slayer' against anything, it also restores you when the target dies. Missing a swing means you drop 3 of those 10 DI bonuses. Momentum Strike is hugely useful in PvM, especially combined with slayers and Hit Area. For Chivalry, Enemy Of One gives you I think 50 DI vs the next thing you hit, but you take extra damage from everything else, you can toggle it off when you want though. Consecrate weapon as far as I can tell they've nerfed and made useless. Divine Fury replenishes Stamina, and gives you 10 SSI, 10 HCI, -10 DCI. Also has cure/heal/remove curse spells.

Healing yourself could be tricky, you're effectively a caster (in terms of healing), you could use Protection, I don't know what, if any, reliable FC/FCR options you have available. Though in general I'd say plan how you're going to heal yourself before making the template. As a Swords/LJer you should have some nice damage, and Ornate Axes would give you some nice high Leech properties, perhaps try being semi reliant on Life Leech for the smaller things and jousting the bigger things.

Very good in PvM and not so useful in PvP.
Weapon's special moves (AI, DS, WW). Other spells are Honor, EoO, CW and may be DF (for SSI)
In PvM use HLL on your weapon, In PvP - run away. Well you can have use Chivalry to heal but you need Resisting Spells, LMC and MR.

Highly Recommend hitting the 120 Chivalry Thread (I think its sticky)
It outlines the chivalry changes and the benefits of high chivalry.
