upping your swing speed is a must on this build as your whole premise is throwing the soul glaive which is a 4 second weapon. so you probably want to run the beserker breastplate, ssi cloak and possibly a good turquoise ring.
beef up your stamina to 180.
after that m&s glasses are good for the hld.
