Bullfrog!

Silly question time! =D I want a bullfrog for one of my characters (actually, I want a toad, but they seem to require taming to keep them) and it needs 23.1 taming to tame it, but doesnt seem to need taming to control it.

Does that mean I can just buy up 25 taming on that character, tame him his bullfrog, then drop the taming? Still keeping the bullfrog?

yes, I've known someone who had a nightmare, dropped the taming and kept the mare. He didn't dare command it though, when it died he used a petball to summon it into his house then yelled for me to go rez it.

I've heard similar stories about people doing the same with unicorns for their crafters.
