I have searched for this and I have found a couple of good articles but I haven't found anything that gives step by step details on how to actually build the floor. e.g raise 1 stone paver to the proper height.

I'm sure I have missed a good article. I'm wondering if anyone has a few links that will lead me in the right direction.
