Building a luck suit on a Sampire?

I'm making my first sampire and I'm working on figuring out the suit. I'm guessing something like 190 Luck on every piece of armor with Stamina Increase and LMC (5 pieces of studded armor for 55 LMC). What about the jewels though? I can imbue 15 HCI/15 DCI jewels with 100 luck pretty easily, but should I be going for something else? With the armor, those jewels, and garb/soles I would have 1560 luck. Should I be shooting for more? I've seen sampire suits with 2k+ luck.

You can use new clean up set - 400 luck, 60 di, 30 hci, 10 ssi.
400 + 8*190 + 140 + 80 = 2140

I believe you can't get clean 150 luck on studded but you can get 150 luck + 4 hci/dci (it will be expensive though).

I'm tempted to try and build something around the new turn in jewel set myself.

I looked into those jewels and I've become fairly set on using them now. My next question is how to I reforge 150 luck on leather? I've read multiple topics and they all say to use a horned kit, but when I use a horned kit I am not given the option to use auspicious/of fortune. Am I supposed to use a spined kit?

Horned Kit... Select Auspicious (Don't select Powerful) Reforge your Baes Piece. From the last suit I built like this I wrote down that about 1 in 60 Reforge attempts will Generate 150 Luck & 4 HCI as the only Mods... The Other option that I used was Horned kit Select Auspicious & Select Fortified.. It looks like about 10 out of 28 Reforges had 150 Luck + 15 in one Resist.. The Resist is random though so I kept crafting until I got 150 Luck + The RIGHT resist that I wanted.. Again...

HORNED KIT:
Auspicious is only selection... 2/60 Reforges had 150 luck + 4 HCI
Auspicious + Fortified.... 10/28 Reforges had 150 Luck + 1 Resist at 15.

Should I bother with a luck shield? I have 120 parry/bushido, so my odds of parrying diminish significantly with a shield. On the other hand, if I get a shield my DCI will go up to 44% (currently at 29%), and I can get the last 4 energy resist I need (currently sitting at 71).
