When we try to build a house, we got a message "must be a noble..."

Anyone know what to do ? thank you

if you right click on your character, on the context menu you will see "loyalty rating". At the moment there is only one entry: gargoyle queen (starts at 2000 for gargoyles, 0 for humans/elves). You need to get this score to 10,000 to place a house. The easiest way to gain loyalty is to simply hunt monsters in Ter Mur.
