*Bugged*? [Finally SOLVED]

i'm doing the "elf - human" quest.
i'm stucked now!!

I have to kill 5 efreets in fire dungeon and 5 ice fiends in ice dungeon.

killed 5 ice fiends and all ok.
killed a lot of efreets but it still show "0 killed" and when
i kill a efreet i dont get the message "you have xx left"!!

what is wrong? i'm stucked?

(i just paged gm but received the "classic canned response"!)

any help?

i just try to resign the quest but dont work.
i recall at the spot inside fire dungeon, dunno if this is important.

Sometimes the quests interfere with each other. You might have another quest that needs you to kill efreets that's getting all the credit.

Try finishing or quitting the other quests.

i have only another quest on, but it dont ask for efreets,
its "not Quite that Easy" for bedlam.

the strange thing is that, if i kill ice fiends in ice dungeon its ok, while
if i kill efreets in fire no!

as i say before, i have only another one quest and it dont ask for efreets!
I try again to resign for the quest, but nothing looks to work...!

this was the first thing i thought i was doing wrong,
but i'm killing them in fire dungeon, 100%!

I checked, to be 100% sure, every other place where efreets spawn.
Same result!

anyway...i made the choice to become a elf...damn me! =(

why we have to do this damn quest to switch "human/elf" race?

i try also this, but wont work

i try first to kill efreets and then ice fiends
and vicevers, same result!
(anyway he ask 5 efreets and 5 ice fiends)

Are you sure your in fire dungeon entrance at serpants hold and not in trinsic passage dungeon?

In fire the efreets spawn in a little room.

You can try the following (I'm not sure though if it will solve the problem):

Resign from the quest, but CHOOSE TO RESIGN FROM THE CURRENT TASK ONLY when you are asked. Then start again, maybe with killing the Efreets first.

i just do it and nothing work,

i think yes!
i'm killing efreets in 2 level of fire dungeon.

i'm killing efreets that are inside the little N/W room,
the one you can see near the fire tiles, up in the image.

haa..i recall directly there, dunno if this is important.

i dont wanna be a elf forever!!! HELP!

<font color="#DC143C">that's the right place all right. hrm. i've done the quest like 7 times and never had a problem. it doesn't matter if you recall directly into the dungeon - that's what I've always done. it doesn't matter if you kill the efreets first or the ice fiends first - I've done it both ways and it works fine. definitely sounds like you're bugged. the only other thing i can think of is if you're killing them yourself vs. having a friend or pet help? i'm guessing you would have mentioned that and thought of that. </font>

my pet kill efreets, i'll try to kill by myself...but its strange...
i kill the ice fiends the same way and it work with them!

i'll try this, if dont work, i'll start again the quest from the beginning...damn!!

Sometimes, if you didn't command your pet for a while, it will go blue (if you are green) and you don't get the credit for its kills.

Maybe that was it?
