Bugged Character (Has anyone experienced this before?)

I have a 1 character on one of my accounts where everytime I recall or cross a server line is takes approximately 20 seconds to get to the location. All other characters on all my accounts are fine and moving around takes 2-3 seconds except this one.

Here is what happened yesterday:

I logged off my bugged character which is on Atlantic to go play on another shard which I did for about 2 hours. When I went to login back on the shard with the bugged character (with a different character) I get the message you can't login because another character is already logged in. So I test the other slots and sure enough it's my "bugged" character that is still logged in on Atlantic. 2 hours and my bugged character did not time out on Atlantic. What gives?

This has to be somehow related to why that character takes forever to cross server lines.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has every experienced this with one of their characters and what they did if anything to fix it.

did you try to log off at the luna bank?

cause all the people coming and going would keep you logged in unless you where actually in the Inn part.
