Some loot with a certain mod is giving relics out that shouldn't... the intensity is too low to give out relics. Devs you on this?

there have been many threads about this topic.
Some of the wrong intensities have been identified. If you are interested in specifics, simply search the last couple of pages. You will find a lot of info about all possible bugs with the new shame loot.
