bug with turning mastery off and back on?

I turned off my taming mastery to use a soulstone, then after done stoning, I went to turn mastery back on and it didn't work. I tried logging off and switching chars but to no avail.

I know its not working because I can still use stone and I don't have passive boarding bonus.

And yes, I still have over 90 real taming, that didn't change, I was just stoning on some med. I ate a Level 3 primer couple weeks ago. Everything was working fine until today. When I click on the book and open the switch mastery gump, it shows, level 3 taming, and I click it.

I paged a GM about 1/2 hour ago and just tried it again, and now it works. So, IDK.

I believe there is a 15 minute delay between switching masteries.
