Looks like there is a bug with rising colossus and jewelery
Casting at 100 normal skill he has 110 skills when lored
Casting at 115 with a +15 ring it has 117.7 skills
Casting at 120 with a +5 ring and +15 bracelet its has 110 skills
I have a very cramped template, wonder if going 105 real and +15 bracelet will give him all 120's
