Bug with house teleporters?

Since a good while I have locked down two linked (veteran reward) teleporters in my castle on Europe (on on the stairs, one inside), which worked well. But today as I stepped on one again, the pair suddenly changed to dark grey and became unlinked. Both must not have originated from the original set, can be that I linked those two from IDOCs together.
Did anyone experience the same issue in the past?
