Bug with Honor Virtue

I play a SW/Mage/Tamer and do use the Honor Virture. When I honor an opponent I get the honor buff, but I also get the perfection buff as well but the damage bonus does stay at 0. Even after the honored critter dies and I get the message that I have gained in honor the buffs still stay on the buff bar (or whatever it is called). I have hunted in shame, abyss and cove so far and get the same result.

Anyone else running across this?

Are you using EC/Pinco's UI? I get the buff, and it stays if I don't kill the honored opponent, but goes away if I do kill the opponent - so it's working okay for me.

Nah, using the good ole CC. Shouldda mentioned that in the initial post tho. I am killing the critter I honor and it still stays there *shrugs*

The exact problem you describe started up for the Classic Client when Publish 80 went live in early December. It finally seemed to go away for a while a few months ago, but I've noticed since the Publish 82 updates went in on July 2nd, the buggy icons seem to have made a comeback.

+1 for the exact issue the OP's having. I've started redoing honor on my stealth/mage/tamer for the first time in several years and noticed the gumps. Classic client, noticed with sphynx, ice fiends (tram) and stone elementals in Shame (tram).

I think you actually need a weapon skill to get the damage bonus from honor virtue, example fencing or archery. Mage weapon seems to not working if thats what you were using Kylie.

Thanks but was just letting folks know every aspect of the "bug" I could think of. I was only doing spell damage. Always thought the perfection bonus was tied solely into Bushido tho.
