I made a whammy a while ago and recently came back to him to find that some of the weapon specials I was able to use a few months ago are giving me the message you need 50 ninjitsu to use. I have 84 bushido as far as I can tell from the descriptions of the weapon specific moves I am using it says you need ninjitsu or bushido.
