Bug reports using feedback on Herald

Anyone have any idea how soon they get looked at?

Is that actually the most efficient way to get something looked at?

I hate reporting things that might not even BE bugs, just somethign I missed, so I don't tend to use it much anyway, but would like to know if it *is* the best way =)

you could run it past UO Players Corner forum for an opinion on whether its a bug?

I assume you don't use KR? (I ask because it has a built-in bug-reporting tool, although I think it all ends up in the same pile and the feedback form and bugs email address)

I use KR a little, but not for my main game play =)
